My Family I am the proud mother of three beautiful, successful adult daughters. Each of my daughters is a college graduate, two are currently working on their masters. I have three wonderful grandchildren, Kenyatta, 22 years old, Javieon, 12 years old, and Yazmine, 12 years old. My family is very important to me. I always strive to spend as much time as possible with my children and grandchildren and other family members. I make it a point to always stress how valuable family members are and encourage my children to always take the time to visit, communicate and share in events with family as often as their schedule will permit.

My Hobbies While my two most favorite hobbies are bowling and fishing, I also enjoy playing cards and traveling. I had also played co-ed and women softball for many years before I started having knee problems and had to stop when surgery was becoming a final option. I have bowled in a league for more than twenty-five years and I have been fishing since I was a child. Some of my most enjoyable times have been when I was able to fish at night in a boat with my friends.

My Future Goals My future goal is to become a proud graduate of Talladega College. I have not ruled out the possibility of persuading my masters after I graduate. My children have been an inspiration to me and they are very supportive. Even though I am approaching retirement age, I believe in the adage “You are never too old to Learn.” I plan on doing very thing possible to keep my body and mind healthy and alert. Hopefully, I can continue to live a successful, spiritually embedded, prosperous life and achieve all of the goals I have set for myself.
