GLE 0607.Inq.2- How can you use appropriate tools and techniques to gather, organize, analyze, and interpret data. Students will complete the lab tools matching game with a 90% accuracy by the end of the lesson. I can accurately identify lab tools and their purposes.

Flasks We learned about these yesterday. Flasks are narrow mouthed containers. They can come in two different shapes as shown in these pictures. Erlenmeyer Flask-Used for carrying chemicals. Florence Flask-Used for heating chemicals.

Beaker Tongs For removing and holding a hot beaker.

Ring Stand/Clamp Clamp-Holds a flask, test tube, or beaker.
Platform-Holds the heading unit Pole-Holds the clamps.
