Surgical Vasectomy (men only) procedure by Dr. that seals/ties off the vas deferens from the testes so sperm cannot enter the ejaculate fluid Fluid is still ejaculated it just does not contain sperm not fully effective until several weeks after 99.99% effective No! Permanent! Tubes Tied (women only) procedure by Dr. that seals/ties off the fallopian tubes so that eggs cannot enter the tubes effective immediately
