St. Philip’s College (est. 1898)
San Antonio College (est. 1925)
Palo Alto College (est. 1985)
Northwest Vista (est. 1995)
Northeast Lakeview (est. 2007)

5 Colleges – 4 individually accredited; 1 seeking candidacy
60,000 student enrollment each semester
5 HSI/ 1 HBCU
Dual Credit enrollment: 17%

4. challenge Texas legislature passed HB505 in May 2015
A rule [from the texas higher education coordinating board] may not limit the number of dual credit courses or hours in which a student may enroll while in high school or limit the number of dual credit courses or hours in which a student may enroll each semester or academic year (

Cte directors, curriculum & instruction executives, dual credit liaisons, hs/echs principals, hs counselors and superintendent,
College representatives:
college president, college faculty, finance representative, student success - advising representative, workforce program representative, hs programs representative, vice chancellor of academic success and vice president of academic success
