Yellow = New roadway paving
Green = New expanded green space due to removal of pavement around existing circle
Blue = Driveway modification
Minor drainage modifications include one new catch basins at new curb

Features:
Existing sign location to remain
Yellow = New roadway/sidewalk paving
Green = New expanded green space
Blue = Driveway modification
Drainage modifications include four new catch basins at new curb
