Customer Centric View But there is a group of customers with a different Experience... ariesoGEO locates customers and reveals their true experience These cells look all the same, and the customers are happy Viewed by the Network This is showing the difference between the network view, which shows only the average performance over a cell. We have been involved in cases with real cases where a senior VP within an operator was having very poor service in one location, but this did not show up in the cell level statistics that the operators engineers were looking at.
