1 SKRM Launching New Technology In Cupric Chloride Regeneration
For High Quality, Low Cost And Environmental Safety

2 It’s time to set the record straight
It’s time to set the record straight...Not all cupric chloride regeneration systems are created equal! This is the ONLY cupric chloride regeneration system that uses light transmission to control the etchant.

3 Highest Quality From ANY Etcher
Light transmission controls etchant with virtually NO FREE ACID. Eliminating free acid allows the MOST STABLE ETCHANT because there are no sudden releases of chlorine gas which cause variations in etch rate and etch factor.

4 Most Environmentally Friendly
NO OFFENSIVE HYDROCHLORIC ACID OR CHLORINE GAS ODORS from the etcher while operating. Employees love it! ALL EQUIPMENT IN THE ETCH ROOM LASTS LONGER without the corrosive atmosphere present with other systems.

5 Highest Level Of Safety
Sophisticated INPUT CHEMICAL FAILURE ALARM SYSTEM warns of equipment malfunction and shuts down chemical input.

6 Low Operating Cost Eliminating free acid provides the MOST EFFICIENT use of chemicals. Up to 50% LESS WASTE generated through higher copper concentration in etchant.

7 Proven Technology The Technology has been installed in well OVER 200 LOCATIONS world-wide. OVER 97% RETENTION RATE for all systems sold over the last 6 years.

8 Unsurpassed Etching Quality…
Because there is virtually no free acid The finest lines are possible from any etcher due to minimal acid undercut. The most stable etchant is guaranteed yielding the most consistent quality. The entire etch room environment is less corrosive, safer and more productive.

9 Quality... High Acid vs. Zero Acid
Figure 1 - Etching (In Microns) Figure 2 - Etching (In Microns)

10 Quality... Zero-Free Acid* New Tech™ 7 vs. High Acid Normality/O.R.P.
Both panels start the same... …Etching begins... *Actual Free Acid Normality =<0.05N …BUT without free acid, straighter side-walls and reduced undercut are guaranteed. Only the New Technology using light transmission can deliver this kind of performance!

11 System Requirements Installation...
This can be Integrated into any DES line without any problem. However, to achieve the best results, the following requirements should be observed: Circulation pump should be able to move the entire sump capacity of the whole etcher through the pump within 5 minutes. Nozzles in the etch chambers should ideally be capable of a flow rate of 3.5 liters per minute with a pressure of 2.5 bar. Installation...

12 Installation of this Equipment is simple!
There are only 2 plumbing connections between the this equipment and the etcher, a plumbing connection between the This Equipment and the Hydrochloric Acid and Oxidizer Tanks and a connection for the Spent Tank (when used) Centurion Chemicals personnel will be on site to advise the end-user on the installation, and provide training It normally takes less than a day to install this equipment. And most times, production is not even affected! Installation...
