Click the purple ‘Edit Settings’ button
View/Edit location address and contact information
Set your Hours of Operation
Click enforce hours of operation
Click ‘Add Availability’ for multiple days having different times

Assign Cupboard Clerks (people helping you in the cupboard)

SELECT either the Troop or SU button.
Select ‘Process Order’ from the drop down box.
Type in the troop or SU number to see the pending orders.

HAND PHONE to the Troop Cookie Pickup person, who enters their eBudde password and confirms the order.
Special Note: A ‘Just-In-Time’ training will go out to Troops to let them know more about the troop cookie pickup person and what they can do to be ready for using the cookie cupboard.

Transactions updated in eBudde! When you un-check the ‘pending’ box (Step #2), this indicates that the pending order has been fulfilled and will now show in eBudde on the cupboard and troop Transaction tab.

Allows you to see when a transaction was:
Created – first entered in the system
Received – processed through Cupboard Keeper mobile app
Processed – Pending flag turned off.

16. STEP #1 Cupboard Managers Adding an Order Enter the troop number
Change the Process Order dropdown box to Edit/Add Order
You will now see a Create Option
Click the Create button

17. STEP #2 Cupboard Managers Adding an Order
Create the order. You will need to enter a date, receipt number and the cookie quantities.
Click Save to save the order.
The order will be marked Pending
Special Note: Click the # button next to the Receipt box and a number will be assigned.

CLICK the Confirm Pickup button or Work With Another Order button
This will take you back to the troop order list
You can select the new order to confirm pickup.

22. What if the app isn’t working?
If for some reason you can not use the Cupboard Keeper App:
Use Receipt Books – ensure all fields are filled out clearly.
Pull cookies, count and double check amount needed.
Both the cupboard clerk and Cookie Pick-up Person will sign receipt.
Cupboard will keep the white receipt, yellow goes to the person picking up the order.
Cupboard clerk will transfer cookies from cupboard to the correct troop in eBudde. Once entered in eBudde, write the date and your initials on the receipt, in case there are questions.
Keep a file of the entered receipts (best practice, file by troop or date)
Transfers should be done within 24 hours of being picked up.
