Transportation: Luxury Coach Bus Expectation: A Memorable Experience! Chaperones:Cardinal, Riemenschneiders, Kupiec, Stevener, Szot, Copperwheat, Dornburgh & Nurse

Overview of the Trip Schedule
*Students must bring their overnight bag to school Thursday, June 8th 4:45 am, 5 am at the latest – Arrive at High School Bags checked/meet with chaperones 5:30 am – Departure Time 8am –9am – Rest Stop 10:00 am – Arrive at Quincy Market 12:00pm – Lunch at Fire & Ice

Trip Schedule 2:00 pm “by land and sea”, Duck tour (about 80 minutes)
4:00 pm depart for hotel to get changed for the cruise Holiday Inn, Tewksbury. 4 Highland Drive, Tewskbury, MA 6:00pm depart for dinner dance cruise on the “Spirit of Boston” (7pm-10pm)

Trip Schedule Day 2 7:00 am Breakfast at hotel
8:30 am Depart for Six Flags New England Lunch voucher included (2 Hour drive) 6:00 pm Depart for home (3 Hour Drive). Golden Corral Buffet dinner on the way home 10 – 11pm Arrive home

Trip Schedule Side Notes:
Only unopened beverages allowed on bus. Empty water bottle Morning Snack Will Be Provided At The School (i.e. Bagels), all other meals are provided Clothing attire is comfortable casual. Bring a change of clothes for the cruise Good idea to bring a jacket as well for the cruise. Bring good walking shoes Security Guard at hotel Check the weather prior to the trip and plan accordingly Students will need cash for any extra meals/souvenirs

Expectations for Students
Students must stay with their group at ALL times. No wandering! Always take a buddy with you, bathroom included. Students must listen and obey the instructions of their chaperones at ALL times. If carrying a cell phone, give the number to their chaperone. All school rules apply during this trip. Failure of a student to follow the school rules may result in disciplinary action. Including removal from participation in the graduation ceremony.

Emergency Procedures We will contact you in the case of an emergency
It is very important that we have accurate contact information on the emergency forms

Behavioral Issues In the event of a student displaying inappropriate behavior the following actions will take place. Chaperones/Administrators will be notified. Contact Parents. The district reserves the right to secure separate return transportation. Parent/Guardian will be responsible for the cost of such transportation.
