Meet with each of them to discuss your
community’s insurance needs and provide them with
adequate information required by insurance
companies.
Broker should conduct walk-through of the
community and take pictures of commercial buildings
to gain better understanding of the account.
Insurance can be complicated, allow each broker
to present their proposal in person. Have them
explain coverages and what other services
they can provide besides good price.
