Raising the Kundalini Then use both hands to tie a knot (3 & 4).
Place the left hand in front of your lower abdomen, palm facing the body (1) Raise the left hand up slowly, moving from the base of your torso to the top of your head. While the left hand is rising, the right hand rotates around it clockwise, (up from within, and then down)(2)until both hands are above the head. Then use both hands to tie a knot (3 & 4). Repeat this three times, once for each channel. The second Time tie the Knot 2 Times , The third time, tie the knot three times (4).

Bandhan Hold the left hand out on your lap, palm upwards. Place your right hand over your left hip (A) And slowly raise your right hand over your head and down the right side of your body.(B) Then raise the right hand up the right channel, over your head where the kundalini is flowing, and down the left side.(C) This is one bandhan. Repeat this seven times, once for each chakra. A bandhan protects us and balances the energy in the left and right channels.

Importance of Collectivity
We cannot grow only individually We are a collective being. More Vibrations flow when we attend collectivity It is easier to get into Balance in collectivity It is easier to remove problems in Chakras in Collectivity We leave our Satta (Individuality) and come into Unconcious Domain in Collectivity “I” ness goes away in collectivity and you come into domain of Spirit, which is a collective being All religions have talked of collectivity. Puja & Its Significance
On our Chakras reside the Dieties and are there from Time eternal. Through Sahaja Yoga Kundalini Awakening, The connection with the Deities have got created. When we want to improve & awaken the Deities our Chakras, we need to do Puja By Puja the deities bless us with great qualities and essences are awakened at each chakras We receive Nourishment during Puja When we worship the dieties through Shri Mataji these Dieties become happy and start emitting and great Vibrations. First we need to Awaken and establish Shri Ganesh. If we don’t receive vibrations then the deities feel angry.

Preparation for Puja Do proper meditation
Do footsoaking before coming to Puja Be relaxed and prepare the heart to receive the vibrations Keep your self Open to receive vibrations Don’t worry about time / What Rituals are being done/ What songs are being sung/ What other people are doing/ Don’t react and just be alert and try to receive vibrations If you feel uncomfortable sitting for long time / Change position / Sit on chair Pls sit after aarti for a long time to receive the vibrations. Innocence brings about Protocol Automatically Rules and Regulations are slowly thrust as Protocol When you do something for a long time it becomes conditions and then we call it Protocol In the name of protocol usually we tend to hurt people Remember Shabari Story for Love of Ram all the time to understand love from heart which breaks Rules and Regulations.

Protocols Some people know more rituals, others know more protocol, but it does not matter. I know the one who loves me. The one who loves others, loves me the most. I don't care about your protocols and rituals. It is nonsense for me. What does it matter to me? It makes no difference wether you say good morning or good evening to me. Protocols Quietness within, peace within, that’s very important. If there is peace you will grow. There’s no other way out. But you see, all this ritualism, sometimes giving bandhan all the time or raising Kundalini all the time and people even would like to see the table if it has vibrations, you see. That’s going too far. There’s no need to do all that nonsense. Sahaja Yoga is sense, it’s not nonsense. (Talk in Armonk, New York, 27/7/88)

Protocols Is not necessary to have this ritualism, this kind of a rigmarole. Oh, all the time you go on. Everyday, morning till evening, nonsensical these things and they become fanatic. They start becoming absolutely fanatic about Sahaja yoga and this fanaticism can be very dangerous because they try to remember everything by heart this and that. No, not necessary. (Shri Adi Shakti Puja 1995) You must know what you are. First of all introspect. Accordingly you should work it out, but this ritualism is not allowed in Sahaja Yoga all the time. Foot soaking Sit comfortably in a chair with your hands out on your lap, facing Shri Mataji’s photograph. Place your feet in a basin or bucket of luke warm water containing a handful of salt. Water Luke warm Water for Normal Hot water if imbalance on Left side Cold water if Imbalance on Right side What to do during Foot soaking Meditate for 10 to 15 minutes. You can open eyes or if you want to close eyes it is OK. You can say some affirmations to cleanse the chakras. You Can do balancing if required. Rinse and dry your feet. Flush the water down the toilet. Try not to look directly in the bucket before flushing. Don’t use the foot-soak bucket for any other purpose.

Expose yourself to Mother and Relax Allow the divine to work it out For your satisfaction you can say mantras/ Balance but after that expose and wait Watch your self and be Alert and watch the miracle of cleansing of chakras and balance of Nadis Can do it any time of the day / Morning/ afternoon/ Evening Usually before sleeping is suggested so that all the stress of the day goes and we get good sleep. When not feeling well can do it 2 -3 times a Day

Use of Ghee & Camphor This should be done Daily – Mothers says this is the only ritual we should definitely do. Put 2 drops of Ghee with slight Camphor into the Nose You can sleep on the End of the bed such that the head is in towards earth and put 2 drops in each nostril and inhale after dropping the Ghee. Shoe Beating This is an ancient 'cleansing' technique from Islam, used by Sufis to offer negativity or evil to the Mother Earth. Used for some problems like: Your ” Balloon of EGO is rising high ” as Mother says. Problem related to health which is becoming a hindrance in sitting for meditation There are some obstacles in your spiritual ascent then you can shoe beat them. So for any such problem which is disturbing your mental peace and attention you can shoe beat. This shoe beating technique should not be made a ritual .It is not mandatory to be done daily

Shoe Beating For shoe beat sit on Mother Earth. it is best if you can sit under free sky. Should not be done in front of Mothers Photo While shoe beating keep your eyes open .You can look whether on Mother Earth, in the green or in the sky.But it is better to look at sky because sky gives us a state of thoughtlessness To shoe beat use your own left foot slipper/sandal /shoe .it is better if you use the slipper/sandal /shoe which is generally worn by you and not a new one or very old one. You can say Mantra of Mother Earth/ Ganesha/ Mohammad Saab It entails drawing a circle on the ground with the index finger and symbolically writing into the circle, something that is of concern. Give 7 bandhans to the writing/circle. Take your left shoe and with right hand beat the problem with the heel of your shoe, 108 times. Don’t keep your whole attention on counting. This in no way presupposes an outcome to the problem, but is a way of surrendering it to Mother Earth, to be dealt with in the best possible way for all concerned.
