5. Update on CB21 – Prior to Transfer

6. The Chancellor’s Office began accepting the Master Course File updates on March 1, 2010.
All data submissions and resubmissions must reflect the new CB21, new CB22 and TOP Code changes.
A conference call with the district staff responsible for CB21 changes can be beneficial in dealing with edit errors.

7. Common Problems: Correction vs. New Control Number

8. A noncredit course with a TOP code listed in the CB21 coding instructions may have a code of Y if the course is coded as basic skills and the course is not in a sequence.
