Introduction This presentation describes Victor Heredia´s (VH) history and main business activities. Presently, he dedicates 80% of his time in developing EmpowerEcosystems. All VH Companies are debt free, profitable and operate in a synergistically fashion. His businesses operate 100% virtually. His organanization utilizes his own methodologies and technologies that facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration in real time. VH is the founder and principal investor in all businesses and business units mentioned in this presentation.

Victor Heredia Born in Mexico City in 1963. Live in Sebastopol, CA.
Studies: BSc Electronic Engineering. Studies in Law, Business, Marketing, Computer Science. Languages: Fluent in Spanish, English, French and very good at German. Parents Father: PhD in Industrial Psychology. Owned his own consulting and training firm for 40 years Co-author of best selling book (Administración de RH) Mother: Accountant and school teacher for 55 years Family Marriage: Happily married since 1987 with Nora Hidalgo (Industrial Chemist and Waldorf School Teacher) Two sons: - Juan Pablo (22). Designer (Marangoni Italy); now Personal Assistant for CEO DesignHotels.com (Global Hotel Network) Carlos (20): Marketing Student

Victor Heredia Victor´s holistic approach to life has been essential to his present work and balanced happy life. Fitness and Sports: Played basketball, soccer, football, and ice hockey. He is a tennis player (4.5 USTA) and runs marathons (2011 full marathons include: Cuautla-Cuernava Ultra Marathon, Mexico City, Fauverge (French Alps), Chicago, and Sacramento Marathons). Art: Plays the piano. Enjoys creating art using mixed media techniques. Studied for several years with master artist Conrado Dominguez Spiritual Studies; A student of Gurumayi Chidvilasananda and SY Meditation for 29 years. Has been a meditation teacher for 20 years. He now leads since 2008 a scriptural study group on Pratyabhijnahrdayam (Kashmir Shaivism) in Sonoma County.
