People argue that others can be divided into certain groups
Baron Georges Cuvier, a French anatomist, made matters worst by creating three groups of superiority( Whites placed on top, blacks on bottom)
Some scientists say that there are no differences between both skin colors, while others say there are
Scientists say that black people have lower average intelligence than white people( true)

Physical- beating up, shoving, rape, and occasionally riots.

Government created helpline for Indians to complaint when involved in racial act
United Nation Commissioner for Human Rights, Navi Pillay, asked to investigate further
Public is the top source of stopping racism( if they see racial act, try their best to stop it)
I would create support groups to comfort people that are hurt
A complaint box where people can write down what happened, so that we can try our best to help
Toll free number so people can call and complain
