8. Processing the College Application
Step 1: We require 2 weeks notice prior to your first appointment. Step 2: Student must submit their portion of application prior to meeting with the counselor. Step 3: Students are asked to use the common application, whenever they can. Step 4: After processing first application, student should schedule repeat appointments whenever free.

Step 5: Fill out transcript request form and bring to the meeting with the counselor. Step 6: At meeting student will be present when all school documents are submitted. Step 7: Please remember there often exists a lag time between submitting materials and completing the student file on the college’s end. Step 8: Two weeks after submitting the applications if you do not see the application status “complete” on the college’s applicant portal, contact the admissions office to get an update.
