3 IEP Bursar Sheet You will receive an IEP Bursar Sheet.
It tells you what fees you must pay. Most students should be prepared to pay for tuition, housing, housing application fee, mandatory chest x-ray, mandatory health insurance, and international student fee. Additional fees related to optional selections (meal plans, trips, MMRs, etc.) will be billed later and are not listed on this sheet. Please pay amount on Bursar Sheet by February 15!

4 Account Statement The University may send you an or letter with your account statement. This is WRONG!

6 What is the Bursar? All charges like tuition, meal plans, housing, and other fees are charged to each student’s Bursar Account. You do not give money to IEP directly. The Office of the Bursar is responsible for billing students tuition, housing, and other fees. It is also the office where you pay your bursar account. This office is located on the 2nd floor of Martindale, across the street from IEP. Each student has a bursar account (student account bill) that they must pay in full by the end of each month.

7 Where is the Bursar? Martindale Hall – across the street from IEP!

8 University billing is VERY COMPLICATED!
Please be patient! Each student will need to accept scholarships to equal your IEP Bursar Sheet amount.
