2. The Problem
Many families suffer from all kinds of illnesses like diarrhea and pneumonia.
Millions of poor families across the world cannot afford basic medication, or even the transportation to the nearest hospitals
Lack of medical care would be a life-threatening problem across the world

3. Social Event - Bake Sale and Activities
All proceeds go to Heart-to-Heart Charity Organization
Sponsor extremely poor children from the provinces for heart surgery
Non-profit community outreach organization composed of volunteers

4. The Plan – Overview
Bake sale: Selling food (freshly baked goods) and refreshments to participants.
Activities:
Participants can choose to buy tickets for each sport station they want to go, there are sports stations, game stations etc.
If they are not interested in any of those, they can buy tickets to participate in a topic-related trivia, for example: Medical Care in Different Countries, Different Global Issues and how they affect us. If they answer the question correctly, they can earn prizes.
Volunteers may pay money to supervise one certain area, they are in charge selling tickets, selling at the bake sale, and stations (sports, games, quiz, etc.).
This social event is for people from ages 4 and above, for any who wish to help the poor people who don’t have the money to get access to good medical care.

5. The Plan – Details Bake sale: 4 people helping out (selling)
All students must bring one tray of baked goods (cookies, cupcakes, cakes, tarts, etc.)
Cookies/Tarts = 5RMB----Cupcakes = 15RMB----Brownies/Cakes = 10RMB
Some refreshments will also be sold (Fruit juice, bottled water, etc.)
Activities: 3 Categories (Sports, Trivia/Quiz, Games)
Sports – 15RMB 1 ticket [1 round]
Run from a “virus” and carry a water gun (antidote/medicine) to cure your friends. Drop the water gun when it runs out or when you’re a virus.
Trivia/Quiz – 10RMB 1 ticket [1 round]
Answer questions related to healthcare. You get a prize for a 5 questions streak (5 questions answered correctly in a row) Challenge your friends.
Games – 10RMB 1 ticket [3 rounds for 1 booth]
Games will be in booths, and after 4 games, you can redeem a prize. There will be 6 booths set up.
