Adjust Compare: Acceptable PH levels are between (3.6 is too low and acidic) Feedback Loop We monitor and collect the following data in the greenhouse: PH, Co2 levels, light levels, temperature of air and solution, plant color, solids in the solution, light and solution timers, etc. Adjust: We add a base to the solution to raise the PH between 5.8 and 6.8

How are the 7 resources of Technology applied in the hydroponic greenhouse systems at TCMS?
PIMTEC People : research, design, draw, build, maintain the greenhouse, people monitor and the plants and adjust settings, people collect data, people eat the plants, etc. Information: people research on how to build a hydroponic greenhouse, different plant knowledge is needed to grow, data collection , building the greenhouse and systems etc. Materials: materials like rockwool or other growing medium such as promix is needed, nutrients for plant growth, plastic tubs to hold nutrients, bricks and glass to build the greenhouse, etc. Machines/Tools: tools and machines such as the pump to move the solution and irrigate the plants, the timer to turn on the pumps and lights, Nutrient salts meter to collect level of solids in the solution, hand tools such as a wrench or saw build the greenhouse and to put together the systems, etc. Time: It takes time for a plant to germinate and grow to maturity, the timer that turns on the pumps and lights, Energy: the potential then kinetic energy in the seed, electricity to run the lights and pump, people power to move materials , plant and harvest the crop, etc. Capital: money to build the greenhouse, buy the seeds or other materials, money collected if you sold the crop, etc
