3. EU Ship Recycling Regulation
Article 1: This Regulation also aims to facilitate the ratification of the Hong Kong Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships.
Recital (12): When interpreting the requirements of this Regulation, consideration should be given to the guidelines developed by the IMO to support the Hong Kong Convention.
