Layer by layer has to be given:
how many and what components constitute that layer (including design/reports and every useful specification)
design of the parts and number (including reports and every useful specification)
design of the connection and connectors between them (and if is possible a sketch of the system like)
the failure rate (if it was evaluated) and the way in which it was evaluated (test report, and FIT rate value related to each part)

Conclusions
Using such a tool will be useful to:
Have a global view of all proposals
Make parallel analysis between “same” object
Be sure that all components of the project will be take in account
It is recommended to implement the PBS with WP7 representatives
