File has been sent to ERCOT vendors that require importer development
ERCOT CIM will continue to be updated as AREVA data is converted to CIM format
ERRCOT CIM development scheduled to be completed in 1Q2008
Legal has developed a generic NDA for MPs that are interested in obtaining the file (35 mbs zipped)

A couple critical defects found. Siemens scheduled conference call with ERCOT to address defects this week
Phase 1b will only be completed after all critical defects are solved

Settlement Price point rules drafted and list to be developed for end of August TPTF review
List of Electrical Bus names being developed with TSPs presently. Scheduling to complete by end of September

ERCOT has brought in temp staff to handle current ERCOT workload so that most of ERCOT network modeling staff can work on NMMS (as planned)
TSPs and QSEs that are planning to use CIM data should be working on comparable solutions at this point as well
