Faculty Education – Survey and educate faculty on services to allay confusion among faculty members, both in accommodated and non-accommodated testing services.
Learning Disability Assessment – Conduct satisfaction survey, streamline paperwork, protocol, and communication among all parties.

3. Testing Services Cont. Priorities 2011 - 2012
Testing Services Certification Project – Work toward meeting the standards required to qualify for the newly created National Certification with the National College Testing Association.
Standardized Computer Based Testing – Work closely with Student Affairs IT team to provide standard imaging on all testing computers to meet contractual obligations for licensure exams.
