7. Description:
The aim of this course is to help students deal with linguistic and aesthetic analyses of English varieties, with particular attention to major genres of literature, advertisements, business, and legal documents.

8. Objectives and Requirements:
To introduce the most central concepts and tools in stylistics and show how they can be applied to text analysis
To make linguistic and aesthetic analyses of English varieties
To prepare readings and complete homework assignments
To prepare students for the graduation paper writing
