Key information about your customer is now accessible from any section of the subscriber record. Click to expand the details at any point.

CRM: Grouping Enhancements
Customers can be grouped together with a set of custom settings. Useful for setting up SAND for different sets of customers.

CRM: Marketing Definitions
Marketing codes can now be defined by operators under the Settings tab.

CRM: SAND Status The SAND status is now available on the subscriber record, helping CSRs have a deeper understanding of the customer status when they phone for support. (example: “2nd notification received”) Note: This status is also searchable on the SEPA EFT Debits page.

CRM: Automated Reports
Set up an FTP server to receive automated reports at certain times from SIMPLer.

CRM: Master/Sub Accounts
Enhanced ability to link accounts together, and capability of billing a number of accounts through a primary account. The master account can also switch off the subs, and access the EUP for each of its accounts.

CRM: Manage Maintenance
The maintenance section of SIMPLer has been enhanced to simplify day to day management of maintenance tasks. Improvements to display on maintenance home page, enhanced search options and history logging.

Maintenance tickets can now be plotted on the SIMPLer map:

Billing: mySIMPLer A feature allowing for generation of vouchers in SIMPLer. Vouchers can be distributed to customers and can be used online for payment.

Billing: Package Upgrade
A feature allowing for changing of package mid-month. Will allow a change in invoice date, pro-ration of current month, along with refund of last month

Billing: Transaction Log
A log showing all transactions processed via relevant payment gateway (e.g Realex) Log can also be viewed per subscriber.

Billing: Generate Invoices
A button has been added to the subscriber record for your convenience. It will direct you to the invoice generation page for this customer.

Billing: Subscription Priority
Subscriptions will appear on an invoice sorted by description. If you wish to order them use the “sort priority” buttons. 1 is highest. 10 is lowest.

Billing: Product Archive
Products can now be archived. They will no longer appear on the main products page. They will also be archived from the drop-down menu when adding new subscriptions.

PART III: End User Portal - Agenda

EUP: Usage Pie Chart The ability to show a usage chart showing how much of a customers data is remaining versus how much is used. Used data shows in RED. Remaining data shows in BLUE.

EUP: Data Purchase Email
The ability to send an automated to the operator and end user after additional data has been purchased via the End User Portal.

EUP: Account Info Display
The ability to further customize the information shown on the EUP in the “personal details” section. Additional “show/hide” options have been added to help operators customize their End User Portal.

EUP: Customer Receipt End Users can now download receipts from the End User Portal

EUP: Payment Transaction Log
End Users can now check their detailed payment transaction log to review any issues with failed payments. A reason will be given, e.g “insufficient funds”, “expired card”. The End User can update their card and try again.

Site Access GPS coordinates have been added to distinguish between the tower and the point of entry:

Network: Mass SMS SIMPLer has integrated with Clickatell, to make it possible to send mass SMS to specific groups of customers.

Network: Tower Coverage
SIMPLer has integrated with Towercoverage, to make it possible to add customers to SIMPLer through accounts. Basic customers details and detailed coverage details automatically enter into SIMPLer fields.

Network: Product to Bucket
Buckets can now be linked with products. In a RADIUS environment groups are linked to buckets. Once a subscription is added to a customer account, a bucket would automatically be assigned.

Network: Usage Exemption
It is now possible to set a “blackout” period on a certain product. Once a customer is assigned to the product they will have unlimited usage from X time to Y time.
