My favorite Chinese festival is the Spring Festival. It’s celebrated on the first day of a year.
During the festival ,people celebrate it in many ways. For example, before the festival, people always clean the house. And we need to prepare much food. Also, we buy some clothes for ourselves.
On the eve, the whole family get together to have a big dinner of New Year. Jiaozi is the traditional Chinese food.All the Chinese people eat them on the eve.
On the New Year, people wear their new clothes and visit relatives and friends. Children can get a lot of “lucky” money. By the way, this is my favorite part.
It’s my favorite festival because on New Year,I can spend time with my family. It makes me feel happy.
