About the Speaker Mr. Joven J. Jader is the COO of the Philippine Supply Chain Academy. He is also the President of High Impact Asia Consulting - a management consulting and software solutions firm; helping companies design and implement business improvement projects. His clients include multinational and domestic enterprises which are leaders in their respective industries; and has helped them improve on their cost, working capital, and delivery performance. His industry experience includes a 17-year work experience with a multinational consumer goods company. His latest responsibility as Group Manager - Logistics, is production planning/materials planning for all product categories through all the network of production facilities inside and outside the Philippines. During his leadership of this logistics function, inventory was reduced to 42% (equivalent to USD 12M), finished good stock-outs reduced by 86%, and cycle time reduced by 75%. Aside from his local responsibilities, he was also a member of the Global Process Team, being the regional process owner in the areas of Production Scheduling and Materials Planning. Mr. Jader was formerly with Procter & Gamble and has worked as a Consultant for Coopers & Lybrand/Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
