Smart phone maker Palm, Inc. needed to make a splash in the competitive smart phone market with its new Pre` phone. This new phone takes aim at the best selling iPhone and Blackberry devices. So Palm created a quiet, subtle ad campaign around a woman who tells viewers of the phone’s benefits.
