8. Picture 2 Obon (Ghost Festival)in Japan on 13th July.
It is said that on Obon, the ancestors' spirits return to this world and visit their relatives. People traditionally hang lanterns in front of their houses in order to guide their ancestors' spirits. Food offers are made at houses and at temples, and special dances (bon-odori) are performed. At the end of the festival, floating lanterns are put into rivers and seas to guide the spirits back into their world.

13. Halloween is not a tradition in Mexico, and every year the Catholic church promotes（宣传） the Day of the Dead. 1st Nov. for dead little children and 2nd Nov. for dead adults.
