This award honors extraordinary hospice volunteers in both North and South Carolina. Volunteers in all roles are eligible.

be a current volunteer of a hospice provider;
have been involved with the same hospice continuously for at least 3 years;
have demonstrated exceptional service with hospice; and
exemplify the hospice philosophy.
