MRI magnets have been completed and energized; currently “ramped down” for remainder of construction.
Operating room drywall almost complete.
Surgical suite equipment delivery expected to begin 3 Apr.

Building turnover walks took place 24 and 25 Jan.
Furniture installation began 6 February.
System commissioning and TAB continue through Spring 17.

Chapel millwork and flooring ongoing.
Terrazzo almost complete; polishing ongoing.
Food service equipment fully installed.
Atrium kiosk installation complete.
Ped bridge to PSN almost complete – lights, railing and fascia finished.
Inpatient Buildings
IBN – Accepted 28 Feb.
IBS – Accepted 9 March.
System commissioning and TAB continue through Spring 17.
Energy Center
Building turnover took place on 9 Jan.
Exterior finishes complete and punch list started.
Oxygen tank installed March 17.
Joint occupancy and training took place throughout December and January.
Research Building
Building final turnover walk took place on 26 Jan.
Furniture installation began 6 February.
System commissioning and TAB ongoing through Spring 2017.

Site sidewalk along west side complete.
PVA courtyard design complete mid-Feb; construction ongoing with underground utilities almost complete.
Completed landscaping and irrigation on 17th place.
