Microsoft Dynamics 4/18/2018 get around and find your data When you choose the Main Menu from the navigation bar, you can access your work areas, records, or other items.

4 Microsoft Dynamics 4/18/2018 find your clients Similar to Microsoft Office Outlook or other programs, you store data about the people you know and work with as individuals. Go to Wealth (or Marketing) > Individuals.

Microsoft Dynamics 4/18/2018 view your clients in a list When you go to your individuals, you’ll see the names in a list. Choose a name to see details or to enter more data. These will always be filtered on the clients of your own EXEC codes. Mention team structure

You can filter to see only the contacts you’re interested in, such as all active individuals in the system, or only the ones you’re following. Choose the down arrow next to My Active Individuals, and then point to the list you want (for example, My Active Individuals).

You can enter leads manually, generate them from marketing campaigns or inquiries from your website, buy them in mailing lists, or create them automatically from posts on Facebook or Twitter.

Microsoft Dynamics 4/18/2018 where is the save button? Any time you want to save your data, choose the Save button at the bottom corner of the screen. The Save button is at the bottom of the screen.

Pin the customer records you use all the time to keep them handy at the top of the list. Pin the records you use most often. Get back to recent dashboards and records Get back to recent views

Microsoft Dynamics 4/18/2018 Track your Outlook , appointments, clients, and tasks After you track an message in CRM for Outlook, you can access several ClientEngage features by click the view in CRM button. Change the activity type, select related records. Create and track an outgoing activity

35 Microsoft Dynamics 4/18/2018 Find your data In CRM for Outlook, the same information is available but through the navigation pane on the left side of the screen below your Outlook Inbox. Left hand bar, same structure as before Type the search term, and then choose the Search icon . Use an asterisk (*) to include a wildcard character. If you choose the Pin button , the views will be available the next time you open CRM for Outlook. This keeps the information you use most often at your fingertips.
