3 Club Leader Contacts - Verifcation
Please test and verify all of your club’s contact links on the DSA website And the Divinity School website Send any updated contact information to Caroline Anglim

4 Lists at UChicago Verify all administrators for your Club Lists by signing into with your CNET ID Most clubs have a contact listserv (for incoming mail) and a distribution listserv (for outgoing mail) DSA leaders have access to most of the contact lists but not the distribution lists. You should be able to gain access from past club leaders or sometimes affiliated faculty. If you have administrative access, you can click on admin next to your list name Confirm administrator names – you can add or subtract names by clicking “Edit list configuration” and “List definition” Contact if the list needs to be updated or if you do not have administrator access. I will try to work with IT to gain you access.

5 Events New calendar through Time.ly http://dsa.uchicago.edu/calendar/
Click on +post your event and add: Venues Category, Feature, Club name Organizer contact information Picture After publishing your event, click on the event and share to Facebook and tag University of Chicago Divinity Students Association.

6 Events DSA no longer requires you to submit your club events to the University Calendar, but you have the same access, if you would like to do so (or as required for CAS funding). Log into with your CNET ID Fill in the necessary information Click “Suppress from Main Campus” (unless you would like to share the event on the main university calendar)

7 Events (continued) Contact: Choose your club name or “contact us” address from the drop down list Or click “other” and include contact information in the description Once you have posted an event, please wait a few hours and check to make sure it was posted to our calendar If you do not have calendar access, - again I’ll work with IT to gain you access to this service.

10 Reimbursements Reimbursements will be issued ONLY on the 1st and 15th of each month. If the 1st or 15th falls on a weekend, checks will be disbursed on the following Monday. Reimbursement Requests and receipts are due the week before the 1st and 15th in the DSA mailbox, which is located in the 4th floor Area Assistants Office (across from the student lounge). Copies of the reimbursement request will be in this mailbox and on our website page for club leaders. 11 Budgets 2015-2016 Each club will receive $1000 this year.
New clubs will receive $700 for their first year. Leaders may apply for more funding from DSA by submitting a written request outlining the use of funds and/or unexpected changes to the initial club budget. Club leaders may not grant money to other clubs or institutions unless approved by the DSA Board. Please inform the Board Treasurer if two or more groups co-sponsored an event so that the distribution of funds can be marked appropriately. All clubs and workshops should organize at least one event per quarter.
