Mike Syversen Experience @ Commonwealth:
Mike has been with the State since He started his career with EOHHS under the CTO, tasked to roll out Enterprise wide shared service Documentum. Today it is being used in 9 different agencies. He then moved to MassIT in to work on the Tivoli (COMiT) shared service roll out. This was rolled out to 4 different Secretariats. In 2014, he started to build the business plan for BPM Platform, built the platform in 2015 which went into Production in 2016. Private Sector: Mike has 25+ years background in building ECM/BPM services Awards & Education: Mike received the Citation for Outstanding Performance in from the Governor office. He also completed the Strategic sourcing certificate program in 2014 from OSD. He has a degree in Economics from Saint Michael's College.

Tracy Williams, PMP Ms. Tracy Williams currently is serving in the MassIT Procurement and Contracts Office as a Senior Procurement Advisor and is responsible for leading the team in business process redesign and other strategic assignments. Tracy is an information technology (IT) executive with over 33 years of experience in IT, 28 of those years in the public sector. She led two information technology departments in Rhode Island as Chief Information Officer, both the Judiciary and the Executive Branch. She is a PMI certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and has spent much of her career either leading IT procurements in the public sector or in the private sector responding to RFx documents released by the states. She received the Mass High-Tech All Star Award – October 2005 – for Project Delivery in State Government. Tracy has a BS in Computer Information Systems and AS in Management from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. She is currently working on her MA in Government at the Harvard Extension School, Harvard University.
