Start broad, get specific and end broad. When presenting you should: face your audience make eye contact be enthusiastic vary your tone of voice DO NOT READ YOUR SLIDES!

Do not do this! Do not write very long paragraphs when you are creating a powerpoint presentation because they are difficult to read and do not look good on the screen. Besides, the information you give on a powerpoint presentation should be precise and to the point. You should not ramble on and on and on so that your audience gets bored!

Do not add five or six points Avoid making sub lists like this: Sub lists are not desirable They make the presentation too long
