Course Information This course is for students who are interested in the natural environment and a career in bushland restoration and conservation. Students would enjoy working outdoors, using hand tools and equipment in a physical capacity and learning about plants and ecological processes. Students will acquire skills and knowledge to: conduct bush regeneration activities, recognise plants, apply chemicals, identify and control weeds, plant trees and shrubs, collect seeds for propagation purposes, undertake plant propagation, conduct natural area restoration, conduct erosion control activities.
