Higher Apprenticeship – Sponsored Degree
You will need 5 A-C GCSE’s, and 3 A-C A Level or the equivalent. You will start off by working towards gaining academic qualifications for a Level 4 Diploma for IT Professionals, whilst working for top name clients with real projects. We have a 13 week Accelerated Learning programme to take you from the class room to the world of work – interpersonal, technical, commercial & professional skills. Capgemini will sponsor your BSc degree – so not only will it be a debt free degree, but the skills you gain will be those in demand by business. Of course you’ll be working directly with clients – so lots of relevant work experience too! Plus the chance to travel the UK and globally. Its a five year programme continuing into a permanent role in Capgemini Roles available in Software Engineering, Testing & Business Analysis Total package: £10,000 (rising to £16,000 after initial 13 weeks training)

Graduate Programmes You will need to be a graduate with a minimum 2.1 degree You will be part of a structured 2-year programme, giving you client facing projects very early on. Our training programme will improve your personal skills including leadership, presentation and team working. We will continue to invest in your business and technical skills Salary and benefits competitive in the graduate market How long is it? 18 – 24 months continuing into a permanent role with Capgemini Two programmes: Technology or Management Consulting
