11. Quizzes and Tests For quizzes/tests:
These will also always be announced ahead of time and will always occur at the end of each unit of study
Review documents /study guides will always be given prior to the test so that you can study
Students will have an opportunity to correct mistakes and retake a test
Can only earn back at most 75% though, so there is a reason to study for the 1st time around!

12. Grades! Homework, Classwork, participation is worth 25%
Tests/Quizzes 75%

13. Absent/Late Homework
Absent HW: Students will have as many school days as absences to make up HW for full credit
Otherwise the HW will be considered late
Late HW: Assignment(s) considered late will be awarded partial (half) credit if turned in late

16. Tutoring
If your child needs extra help with math, I will be available for tutoring after school until 3:15 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
