The balance of competencies is designed in the „Idea for Success” project in three phases:
Introductory phase – counsellors encourage beneficiaries to define their needs. Testing phase - counsellors offer beneficiaries a wide range of methods and techniques tailored to meet beneficiaries’ individual needs. Beneficiaries work on the tasks both with the counsellor and on their own. The results are then analysed and discussed with beneficiaries. Final phase – is led in the form of conversation. The results and data collected in the previous phase are summarized.
