Befriend by a group of 6 in order to gain his trust
Fleeced his bank account
Beaten over prolonged period
Sedated with drugs, including morphine to prevent him escaping
Lee, beaten to death, received 24 rib fractures
Lee’s mother said that he always wanted to have friends and people he could look up to

10. Brendan Mason, aged 23
Two men, who Brendan believed to be his friends, lured him to a park.
They hung him from a tree and filmed themselves beating him.
Stripped him naked and threw body into a pond.
Brendan died from 99 separate injuries.
Brendan Mason's family said he was a "lovely young man" and "so happy“
