Your Academic team will provide your tutoring and academic support; online learner advisors are there to help you with any non academic issues, such as advising on study plans, practical help. As a student of the University you are also entitled to support from student wellbeing, careers and employment, IT support. If you are based locally, you can come to our campus and use facilities here, such as the library if you need a quiet space to get away.
