DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY
My company is called PEGASUS Equestrian Center and Hippotherapy. My firm will be located in Zlotkowo, at Zlota 9 street. Zlotkowo is a village in the municipality of Suchy Las, which is located near the big city of Poznan. I will rent a stable with a farmhouse there. We will give horse riding lessons for children and adults, run a sports section, hippotherapy and rent stalls for private horse owners. We will organize special events (for example birthdays, name days for children) too. My customers would be horse enthusiasts who want to develop their riding skills and also disabled people using rehabilitation on horseback. My company logo

INVESTMENTS Funds needed to start a business are about PLN (about Euros). The amount includes the purchase price of school horses, equipment for them, salaries for employees, monthly rental costs for stable and costs of water and electricity bills. It is a micro-enterprise. Start-up funds can be obtained for example, from co-financing from European Funds (over PLN), the ,,Club” program and the ,,Sport for All” Program. I can get also a large grant from Rural Development Program, which is funded with European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (about PLN).

THE FIRST THREE YEARS OF THE OPERATION – THE PROFIT FORECAST
Within three years, we will held riding lessons and hippotherapy and horse owners will be able to rent stalls for them in our stable. At first months, we will have only few customers, but with time there will be more of them. Horse riding lessons will be held once a day (at weekends two times a day), at one group there will be up to five people. Each person will have to pay 35 PLN for one lesson. Hippotherapy with disabled people will be held on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays. One hour will cost 30 PLN. Rental of stall will cost 690 PLN per month.

KEYS TO SUCCESS The price of horse riding lesson (35 PLN) is a good price, because it is a little bit lower than in most of the nearest stables. However, it is still satisfying for me. Marketing strategies, publicity campagne - I can carry out an advertising campaign in the form of leaflets which can be left in local shops and businesses. I can post a free ad in the local newspaper and on the bulletin board. The company's website can be made for free with the program mamfirme.pl.

THE SWOT ANALYSIS OF THE COMPANY – STRONG AND WEAK POINTS
STRENGTHS - Horse riding is becoming increasingly popular - I can ride a horse so I can also be the second instructor in my company - Horse riding is my passion so this work would be a pleasure for me WEAKNESSES - The purchase of horses, equipment for them and their maintenance is very expensive - No everyone can afford to horse riding - Number of my customers could be different each month RISK - The horses could get ill and there is very expensive to treat them - There may be times when the costs will outweigh the revenue from my business OPPORTUNITIES - If the revenues are high, I can invest in the further development of a stable and purchase new horses - My students can be successful and the best in the competition, which will increase reputation of my business and attract new customers THREATS - My business can become unprofitable, so I will have to raise costs and that will reduce the number of customers - If I can’t continue to invest in my business, customers will choose other stables
