2 THE EXAM PROCESS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWINGS
Note: It is advised that candidate should check their examination date and city. Admit card will be available for downloading only 07 days before the date of examination . Entry of the candidates inside the exam venue Frisking of the candidates Biometric Registration Movement of candidates to Lab Action before the start of the exam

3 ENTRY OF THE CANDIDATES
Candidates will be allowed entry on the production of the following documents in the entrance e-Admit Card 02 copies of latest coloured photo Photo ID card (In original). The ID Card includes the followings:- Voter ID Pan Card Driving License Aadhaar Card/e-Aadhaar (Coloured) ID card issued by Central or State Govt. University / College ID Passport etc.

4 ENTRY OF THE CANDIDATES (Contd.)
Candidates will be allowed to make entry strictly as per the following details Between 8.30 AM to 9.30 AM (Entry Closing Time 9.30 AM) for Forenoon session Between AM to PM (Entry Closing Time PM) for Afternoon session Between 2.45 AM to 3.45 PM (Entry Closing Time 3.45 PM) for Evening session

No candidate shall be allowed To make entry in the venue after the Entry Closing Time under any circumstances

6 FRISKING OF THE CANDIDATES
Candidates shall be frisked thoroughly at the Frisking zone Separate Frisking zone to be made for female candidates Female candidates to be frisked by female personnel only

7 FRISKING OF THE CANDIDATES (Contd.)
Candidates would not be allowed with prohibited materials. Prohibited Materials Watches Books Pen Papers/Chits Magazines Electronic Gadgets (mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, head phones, pen/buttonhole cameras, scanner, calculator, storage devices etc)

8 FRISKING OF THE CANDIDATES (Contd.)
After frisking, security personnel will direct the candidates to proceed towards the Registration Desk Candidate will proceed towards Registration with the followings: - e-Admit Card - Photos - Photo ID Card

9 BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION
The Biometric operator will verify the photo ID and e-Admit card of the candidates Operator will capture photograph and LTI of the candidates After registration, “Verified” stamp to be affixed on the e-Admit card and Lab no as well as System/Node no to be mentioned on it Will direct the candidates to proceed to the assigned lab

10 BIOMETRIC REGISTRATION (Contd.)
After Biometric registration, the candidate will not be allowed to leave venue until the examination gets over or without the permission of Exam controller/Venue Supervisor If any candidate goes out before the exam or without the permission of Exam controller/Venue Supervisor, he/she will run the risk of getting his/her candidature cancelled and even debarment from Commission’s future examination for a period of three year

11 MOVEMENT OF CANDIDATES TO LAB
Without Verified stamp, candidate should not be allowed entry in Exam Lab The invigilators will take action to get the Commission’s copy and attendance sheets dully filled in and signed by the candidates with LTI in the space provided in the commission’s copy There should be at least 01 Invigilator for every 12 candidates and at least two invigilators in each lab

12 ACTION BEFORE START OF THE EXAM
Following announcements to be made in Exam lab – “If the examination does not commence at the scheduled time or is interrupted midway due to any technical snag or for any other reason, you may have to wait patiently till the issue is suitably addressed and resolved” “In case, the problem is major and cannot be resolved for any reason, your examination may be rescheduled for which you would be duly intimated”

13 Action before the start of the exam (contd)
Announcement “You are assured that in case of any disruption of examination for any reason such as any major/minor technical snag or slow speed of server/breakdown of server etc., you will not, under any circumstances, lose the examination time to which you are entitled” “In your interest, it is advised to avoid going to washroom during exam hours” “You may use the washroom before the exam is started”
