2014 Processing Update Five million returns received Updates to e-filed returns (attachments, e-payments, etc.) Overhaul of Treasury Website – January of 2016 Offer and Compromise 606 applications received thru 10/2015 Federal Offer in Compromise – 238 applications; 48 accepted; 146 pending review; and 46 rejected Doubt of Collectability – 311 applications; 76 accepted; remaining are pending processing Doubt of Liability – 57 applications; 7 accepted; 30 pending; and remaining are rejected Forms Update No major changes to Forms expected Michigan due date is April 18, 2016

Multi State Update Kentucky: World Acceptance Corp. v. Ky.
