4 National Electronics and Computer Technology Center or NECTEC acts as a governing body whose main responsibilities are to undertake, support and promote the development of electronics and computer technologies through research and development activities

5 Internet Connections Using the third generation of the
Trans-Eurasia Information Network (TEIN 3) to connect outside Thailand

7 Inside Thailand, the network is provided by the Inter-University Network (UniNet).

10 NECTEC Tier 2 Center will
become an official WLCG Site and the center will contribute at least 356 CPUs and 350 TB for international users. SUT and CU Tier 3 centers will support local users . Each site will equip with 120 CPUs and 50 TB as a minimum.

12 Suranaree University of Technology (SUT)
The university campus is located in Nakhon Ratchasima province, only 250 km from Bangkok. The school of physics was ranked first among all universities in Thailand by the Thailand Research Fund (TRF) in year 2008 and 2010.

Research interests and Collaborations: Hadron Physics (by collaborating with the group at Tuebingen, Germany and Dr. Matthias Lutz from GSI) Heavy Ion Collision at intermediate energy (by collaborating with QMD group at CIAE, China) Heavy Ion Collision at high energy (by collaborating with the UrQMD group at Frankfurt, Germany) Grid Computing ( working with Dr. Kilian Schwarz and Carsten Preuss from GSI and Dr. Costin Grigoras from CERN)

14 Theoretical High Energy Physics and Cosmology Group at Chulalongkorn
Research interests: Supersymmetry String Theory Non-linear system Cosmology

15 Nuclear and Particle Physics Group at Chulalongkorn Uni.
Research interests: QCD at low energy (by collaborating with CLAS at JLab) Supersymmetry (by collaborating with CMS at CERN)
