AUS Injection was founded in 1997 in Mesa, Arizona to provide stock fuel injector products and services for the Phoenix Metro Area auto- shops.
Soon after, the RACING PERFORMANCE INJECTOR program was developed with assistance from Professional Race Teams and Performance Tuners, to create a wide variety of Racing Injectors and provide solutions to enthusiasts, tuning professionals and racers around the world.

3. THE CONCEPT
With the growing popularity of engine tuning, particularly with Japanese and European models, AUS Injection’s goal is to provide the professional tuner a complete set of ready to install performance racing fuel injectors that fit specific applications.
AUS Injection sells only direct fit flow matched sets. Every injector comes with the proper o-ring configuration and, when necessary, a custom milled fuel rail adapter is attached.
Each set is guaranteed to FIT DIRECTLY to the OE fuel rail and wiring harness with no modification.

4. THE TECHNOLOGY
Most performance racing injectors sold today use this body style to fit most applications. This type of injector has been in use since the introduction of the fuel injection system. Some modifications may be required to install this type of injector.

5. THE TESTING
AUS Injection is very aware that Performance Enthusiasts and Professional Racers demand the best. And that’s exactly what we deliver! Brand new injectors or hand selected cores (95% of our injectors are new) must first pass a series of rigorous tests before we even begin our proprietary manufacturing processes. This means that we’ll provide you with the best PERFORMANCE RACING Fuel Injector that money can buy … bar none.
Additionally, we ensure that the Coil Resistance Specification of each injector will exactly match that of your OEM fuel injectors. This means perfect compatibility with your stock ECU. No problems, no surprises and no disappointments.

6. THE TESTING
Finally, these tests are performed to insure each set is Flow Matched and Calibrated to within a stringent 2% Flow Variation Specification. This is a very rigid standard used in the performance injector market for Static and Dynamic Flow specifications:
60 second static flow at 43.5psi. to determine the exact full flow capacity of this injector.
60 second 50 % duty cycle, injector is tested at 43.5 psi in a dynamic mode setting of 3000 pulses (cycles) per minute/ 10ms pulse. This test will give us the data to match injector sets at mid/high range
120 second test at Idle mode 800 pulses (cycles) per minute/ 1.5 ms pulse. This test will give us the data to match injectors at low speed for optimum idle.

7. REPORTS
A Flow Report is included on the set and lists each injector’s REAL DATA including Complete Latency (Off Set / Dead Time table).

Since all of our performance racing injectors are application specific, finding the right injector for each vehicle is easy. AUS Injection performance racing injectors are AAIA compliant and available for lookup in Epicore and Wrenchead. In addition we offer a full catalog on our website.
