Repetition of Lord Rama’s pure name will save you only if you are devoted to your parents, like Lord Rama. If not, repetition of Rama’s name is merely a movement of the lips. Meditate on Rama’s form and true nature when you chant or write His name. This practice will make you spiritually healthy and strong. (Divine Discourse, Apr 1, 1963)

13. Sadhana Camp Duty List
1. All centre that are allocated bhajans as per the slots, need to provide their own musicians and a few chorus singers, preferably from     their own centres.
    Centre Spiritual Wing convenors to call me should there be any clarification required or if they are unable to meet the committment.
2. Each centre to provide eats for approximately 15 people for breakfast and some juice as well.  Hot drinks to be provided by region.
3. Bhajans to be forwarded to myself via 7 April 2017.
4. Names and contact details of the facilitators from the 4 centre to be forwarded to my address by Friday 7 April 2017 also.
