This PowerPoint is meant to give CDs a template in creating a brief project-sharing presentation. Feel free to use as much or as little of the template as you need. The purpose of this is to effectively share successful projects with other Conservation Districts across the state.
Some ideas of things that may be beneficial to include are:
before, during, and after pictures (especially ones taken from the same point)
General project pictures
Scans of contract forms: grant application, project sketch, cost summaries, completion report, etc.
Scans of other forms: stream X-ing form, traffic counts, site, permits, stationing documents, etc.
Some general guidelines:
When possible, use one full-screen image at a time for better viewing.
Avoid using more than two images per slide for better viewing.
Be selective with pictures, using 10 or less per project.
Multiple projects can be included in one presentation with new cost summaries.
Use minimum 24pt text size for better viewing.
