This assessment report is a required deliverable for DYDPS Planning Services Engagement – Migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365. You are required to submit a completed report, after it was delivered to the customer, as an attachment to your engagement completion report. You can use your own template as a deliverable, as long as it capture similar information to that listed on the slides in this presentation.
