What is Stress? N Stress is primarily a physical sensation. When in a stressful situation, the body goes into a “fight or flight” mode where it releases a complex mix of hormones and chemicals. Some of which include cortisol, adrenaline, and norepinephrine which prepare and give the body such physical action.
