Commercial Terms and Purchasing Rules for realtor.com® Turbo℠ Listings
Must be a Showcase℠ Listings customer to purchase Turbo℠ Listings Must have at least 2 active for-sale listings in markets being purchased Turbo℠ Listing markets are defined by city/state where users search on realtor.com® In each Turbo℠ market, a single customer can buy up to 50% impression market share that is available; and customers have to buy at least 10,000 impressions per contract term. However, the number of Turbo℠ impressions available in that market can increase or decrease over time in accordance with increased or decreased traffic on realtor.com® in that market. Thus, market share will increase or decrease accordingly. You cannot increase or decrease the number of impressions during a Turbo℠ contract/subscription term at this time. The Turbo℠ impressions purchased will be delivered across realtor.com® and realtor.com® mobile applications
